Summer diet of fruits and vegetables

If you like fruit, summer diet of fruits and vegetables will be a treat for you. Not only will you eat hearty fruits and vegetables, but you will and you will lose weight and detoxify your body.

Monday, day of vegetables. For example, if you picked cucumbers, you can eat whatever you want. Although cucumbers are rich in water, you need extra liquid. So do not hesitate to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Tuesday day of fruits. Choose apples, oranges and pears and divide them into four to five meals throughout the day. At lunch or dinner, you can add a yogurt.
